HAD IT ONE WEEK BEFORE THE LCD SCREEN BROKE. THE PHONE WAS NOT DROPPED OR KNOCKED, JUST DID NOT WORK WHEN TURNED ON. O2 SHOP WOULD NOT HELP, O2 ON LINE WOULD NOT HELP OE DELL THEMSELVES. THEY ALL SAID I HAD BROKEN IT. THERE IS NOT ONE MARK ON THIS PHONE AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY I HAVE DONE NOTHING TO IT. READING REVIEWS THIS IS HAPPENING TO OTHER PEOPLE WITH NO SATISFACTION.
